Parties

This Agreement is made between Halcyon Freight, Inc. and Northwind Labs, Inc. (each a Party).
2.

Confidential Information

Any non-public business, technical or financial information disclosed by either Party, including pricing models and product roadmaps.
3.

Obligations

The receiving Party keeps Confidential Information in strict confidence and uses it only to evaluate the Purpose.
4.

Term

Obligations last three (3) years from the Effective Date.
