This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the nondisclosures.com service uses. The short version: we use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and the application to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies, and that is why you do not see a cookie banner.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between page loads, for example that you are signed in. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps you signed in and remembers your session while you move between pages, including on signing pages | Until you sign out, or up to 2 hours of inactivity |
| Security token (XSRF) | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery, so nobody can submit actions in your name from another website | Same as the session |
| Remember me | Keeps you signed in on your device when you choose that option at sign-in | Up to 30 days |
| Preferences | Remembers interface choices such as the billing period you selected on the pricing page or a dismissed notice | Up to 12 months |
These cookies are set by nondisclosures.com itself (first-party). They are required to provide the service you ask for, so under EU and UK rules they do not need consent.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media pixels or tracking scripts.
- No third-party analytics cookies. We measure basic website use, such as page views, from server logs without cookies and without building profiles of individual visitors.
- We do not sell or share data collected through cookies.
Signing pages
People who open a signing link do not need an account. The signing page uses the same session and security cookies so the signature can be recorded safely. The audit trail of a signature (time, IP address, browser information) is recorded on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy, not in tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or sign documents, because the service cannot keep your session secure without them.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
