Refund Policy

Applies to the nondisclosures.com service. Questions: support@nondisclosures.com

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains how payments for NonDisclosures subscriptions work and in which limited cases we issue a refund. It applies to all plans and billing periods bought at nondisclosures.com.

Payments are final

All subscription payments, monthly and yearly, are final and non-refundable once a billing period has started. Before you pay, you can generate a preview NDA on the home page without an account and see exactly what the generator produces, and the Pricing page lists every limit of every plan. We ask you to use that preview and check the plan limits before you subscribe.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • unused NDAs, AI analyses or other unused quota in a billing period;
  • the remaining time of a period after you cancel;
  • forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
  • choosing a plan or billing period you later decide you did not need;
  • a yearly subscription that you stop using before the year ends;
  • downgrades to a lower plan (the lower price applies from the next period).

When we do refund

We refund a payment, in full or in the affected part, only in these cases:

  1. Double charge. You were charged twice for the same subscription and the same period, for example because of a payment error. We refund the duplicate charge.
  2. Unauthorized charge. A payment was made without your authorization, and this is confirmed after we review the case, for example a card used without the holder's consent. We may ask for information that shows the charge was not authorized.
  3. Complete failure of the service. The Service was entirely unavailable or its core functions (generating, sending or signing NDAs) did not work for you for a significant part of the billing period because of a fault on our side, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time after you reported it. We refund the part of the period affected.

To ask for a refund in one of these cases, write to support@nondisclosures.com from the email address on your account within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount of the payment and a short description of what happened. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel renewal at any time in the billing section of the application. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period, and you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Your agreements and register stay available for export after that.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

NonDisclosures is designed for businesses. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. At checkout we ask you to agree that the service starts immediately and to confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started. When you give that consent and the service starts, the right of withdrawal expires. If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days by writing to support@nondisclosures.com, and we will refund the payment less the value of the service already provided.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please write to us first. Most problems are solved quickly by email. Opening a dispute with your bank for a valid charge may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is open.

Changes to this policy

Changes apply to payments made after the new version is published. They do not change the terms of payments made earlier.
