Pricing questions, answered
How much does NDA software cost?
NonDisclosures costs 49 USD a month for Starter, 149 USD for Business and 499 USD for Company. Billed yearly, every plan costs exactly half: 24, 74 and 249 USD a month. The price is per workspace, not per user.
What counts as one NDA?
One NDA sent for signature, whatever the number of signers. Drafts, previews and edits before sending do not count. Uploading an agreement you already have uses storage, not your monthly NDAs.
What happens when we reach the monthly limit?
You see a notice at 80 percent in your dashboard. At 100 percent sending pauses until the next billing month, or you move to a higher plan and the difference is charged right away. Deleting an NDA does not give quota back.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a one-time demo: the builder on the home page generates an NDA preview without an account, and after you confirm your email you can download it once as a watermarked PDF. Reading, editing and sending the full NDA in the app is part of every plan.
How do we pay?
Every plan is bought online by card in a secure checkout, with 3D Secure where your bank supports it. Invoices and receipts are available in the billing page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the billing page. Moving up is charged right away for the rest of the period. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final, see the refund policy.
